Delivery time and shipping costs
Legal Research Chemicals for sale, We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Orders in the USA placed with Stonersmedstore before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, except for the Wadden Islands due to boat transport that can lead to delays. UPS and USPS ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend more than $50 in our Store, shipping within the US is free.
Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so that no one can see what you have ordered. Only your delivery address is on the outside of the package.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the delivery day. If you are not at home, the order will be resubmitted several times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not at home, the delivery person will try to deliver it to the neighbors or take it to a nearby collection point. The delivery person always lets you know where your package is via a note. Stonersmedstore takes care of delivery to the collection point, after which it is your responsibility to collect it. Delivery usually takes place from Tuesday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to dependence on the carrier.
Shipping costs to European countries
In the Netherlands you can choose from the following delivery options:
Letterbox package with track and trace, so you can track your order, for $4.75. Orders over $50 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands.
In Belgium the options are:
Letterbox package with track and trace for $9.95. Orders over $100 are delivered free of charge within Belgium.
